These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of this website and the purchase of products from Da Maestri (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

2) Availability of Service

We currently sell and ship our products only to countries within the European Union (EU).

Orders with shipping addresses outside the EU will not be accepted or may be cancelled and refunded.

3) Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old (or have permission of a parent/guardian), and
  • you have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4) Products

We produce and sell:

  • Nespresso®-compatible coffee capsules
  • Drip coffee
  • other coffee-related items listed on our website

All product descriptions, photos, and information are provided in good faith. Due to the nature of specialty coffee and limited lots, minor variations may occur between batches (origin, harvest, roast profile, taste notes).

5) Pricing, VAT & Currency

All prices on our website are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise.

VAT may apply according to EU rules and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect confirmed and paid orders.

6) Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products from us.

An order is considered accepted only when:

  • payment has been successfully processed, and
  • you receive an order confirmation email

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues.

7) Shipping & Delivery

We deliver orders only within the EU. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (postal delays, local disruptions, peak seasons). We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

8) Returns & Refunds

Due to food safety reasons:

  • we do not accept returns of opened coffee products

9) Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photos, design, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Da Maestri and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10) Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • use the website for illegal purposes
  • attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • scrape data or overload our website with automated tools

We reserve the right to restrict access if these Terms are violated.

Our products are intended for normal consumer use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that:

  • the website will be uninterrupted or error-free,
  • all content will always be fully accurate

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under EU law.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Da Maestri is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses
  • loss of profits
  • delivery delays caused by carriers
  • taste preference differences (coffee is a natural product)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable EU GDPR requirements.

14) Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party services (payment providers, delivery services, social media). We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies.

15) Nespresso® Trademark Disclaimer

Nespresso® is a trademark of Société des Produits Nestlé S.A.
Da Maestri is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Nestlé or Nespresso®.

Our capsules are compatible with Nespresso® Original machines where stated.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

17) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.

Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Slovenia, unless mandatory EU consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
